I always think to myself, how did our ancestors survive, or what about animals with teeth!?

When I got a few cavities, I knew there had to be more then just brushing, flossing, and using mouthwash. I had a dentist appointment June of 2017, in which I was told I had a cavity and I need to get it fixed asap. I opted out of getting this done asap mainly because I was being cheap and used up all of my dental insurance from a crown. I was also fed up that I had another cavity and totally embarrassed. Seriously, my handsome hygienist had to be thinking I was lying about my dental routine, he had to think no way does she brush, floss, or use mouth wash at this point. Since, I know I have the dental perfect routine, something else had to have been going on, so I did some research. After reading this book, I reduced my intake of Phytic acidic foods and processed foods. And guess what? By January 2018, to my hygienist surprise, I no longer needed to get that cavity filled!
