Starting a Ketogenic Diet
The keto diet seems like all the big rage right now! Everywhere I turn a new friend, or friend of a friend, or families friend, and their friends are on this new diet. It is a great diet or what I like to say “A way of life, a healthier you.” While following the keto rules is very beneficial to your overall health, it is not always optimal to do long term, UNLESS you are getting in your recommended vitamins and nutrients for the day. Taste delish. Let me just start off by saying, the taste is amazing, no joke, no exaggeration, and I mean all of the flavors! I was super excited when I found this product because they actually come with flavors (my favorite…Salted Carmel). I used to take old boring plain collagen that I had to try and mix with protein shakes or Mio, so this was the best change up I could have done!
